• Over time BartlettCondos.com will provide the basic information for all condo neighborhoods in Bartlett Illinois. This information will include; number of units in neighborhood, parking arrangements, laundry arrangements, amenities of neighborhood, schools children living in neighborhood attend, and any other information we can find that might be of use to you.
• BartlettCondos.com will also provide closed sales data for neighborhoods based on volume. A large neighborhood with many closings will be updated more often then a neighborhood that only has a couple closings per year.
• Access to a free Bartlett Condo search that includes all listed properties in Bartlett Illinois (and surrounding cities).
• Local information will be provided by the Suburban House Hunters team and local residents. We are looking for local residents that are interested in providing local news, reporting on sporting events, charity events (let us help you spread the word), and more. If you have something that would be of interest to other Bartlett residents let us know.
• BartlettCondos.com will feature Bartlett Condo listings. Suburban House Hunters listings will be featured as part of our marketing plan. By Owner listings, new construction condos, or condo conversions can be featured by calling Ken Smith at 847-749-3533. If you are listed with another broker then you can not be featured on this website.
• BartlettCondos.com is not direct access to the Bartlett MLS (multiple listing service), actually there isn’t a Bartlett MLS as all listings go to MRED. MRED is one of the largest MLS’s in the United States and serves most if not all of what people consider the “Chicagoland Area”.
